PEOPLE OF CUDEGA

Luca Gaggioli

Luca has worked all his life in the food business in Milan and contiguous areas. He has been mostly active in the publishing area, founding in 2001 his own company that specialises in food related publishing and event organisation. As editor, Luca publishes a magazine called RistorArte, that selects for publication the best restaurants and food and wine producers of the region of Lombardy, in particular Slow Food Presidi. As event organiser, Luca is most famously known for “Giallo Milano” a culinary competition that involves hundreds of Milanese restaurants in order to select each year the Best “Risotto alla Milanese”. The long standing knowledge of every aspect of the Enogastronomia of his home region, has led Luca to seek to be the ambassador outside Italy of the best Lombard producers of food and wine.
